Happy New Year

Happy New Year from South Padre Island!  We enjoyed a wonderful fireworks display on New Year's Eve, had the annual Polar Bear Dip on New Year's Day, SPI Market Days at the Convention Center and the Annual Causeway Run/Fitness Walk. Our winter has been wonderfully mild making it easier to enjoy more of the outdoor venues here as well. There has also been a song-writers forum every Tuesday at Palm Street Pier, which has a great view of the sunset while you get to enjoy some of the local artists playing their own music.
